    • 2 recent passport size colour photograph
    • Highschool certificate for proof of date of birth
    • Certificate of Academic and professional qualification
    • Detailed CV
    • Pension payment order
    • Service certificate, last Pay-slip indicating pay grade and basic pay drawn issued by the last employer
    • PF No with the last employer
    • Self-declaration proforma in respect of major/minor penalties imposed on them during the last last 5 years of service (Annexure-II)
    • Proof of identity and Address (Passport, Voter ID, Driving Licence, Aadhar card, etc)
    • PAN Card
    • Proof of different periods of experience as claimed in the Application Form (If applicable)
    • Any other document in support of candidature
